Terms of Service

The Field is operated by Construct Systems LLC, Arizona, United States. These Terms explain how you may use the game and its digital content.

1. Your agreement and eligibility

Accept these Terms and the Community Rules before playing. The Field is for people age 13 and older. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission; they should review these policies with you. Do not use the game if you are under 13. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and do not impersonate other people. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission. You may not sell or transfer accounts, credits or items outside features we expressly provide.

3. Digital items and intellectual property

We grant eligible players a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the game and legitimately obtained digital items within The Field, subject to these Terms. This includes earned, free and purchased items. Purchasing credits or items does not transfer ownership of the game, artwork, software, trademarks or other intellectual property. Construct Systems LLC and its respective licensors retain their rights. Partner names and artwork remain subject to their owners' rights.

Items are available within the service, not as permanent offline downloads. Access may be restricted for violations of these Terms, and may end if the service closes or we lose the rights needed to provide particular content. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of material removals or service closure. Any remedies required by applicable law remain available. This license does not give permission to redistribute game assets, sell unauthorized copies or claim partner artwork as your own.

4. Credits and purchases

Field Credits are a closed-loop game currency used for eligible in-game cosmetics. They are not a bank deposit, investment or cash balance. We do not offer cash-out, trading or conversion to money. The Purchases & Refunds Policy explains prices, permission to pay, delivery and support. Purchases do not provide competitive advantages.

5. Conduct and account enforcement

The Community Rules apply to everyone, including guests and paying players. Depending on the conduct, we may remove content, restrict chat, suspend access or permanently ban an account. Racism and hate speech can result in an immediate permanent ban. A purchase does not exempt an account from enforcement. A ban may prevent access to previously obtained items, subject to applicable consumer rights. We review reports and available evidence; automated checks can assist but are not a guarantee that all abuse will be detected.

6. Your contributions and recordings

You retain any rights you hold in your own original contributions. You give us permission to host, process, display and moderate content you submit as needed to operate the game. Only submit material you have permission to use. Public matches, names, chat and cosmetics may be seen, streamed or recorded by other players. Do not post private information or content you do not want other participants to see.

7. Availability and changes

The game may change, experience outages or contain bugs. We may adjust gameplay, maps, features and cosmetics; descriptions and availability should be checked before purchase. We do not promise uninterrupted access or indefinite operation. These statements do not exclude warranties, refunds or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Policy updates and ending use

We will publish dated versions of these policies and request fresh acceptance for material Terms changes. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law; they do not erase rights or claims you already have. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service and contact us about your account and available remedies.
