Cosmetics change your appearance. They do not buy a gameplay advantage.

What you receive

Field Credits unlock eligible digital cosmetics in The Field. Digital items are licensed for personal use in the game under our Terms of Service; you do not acquire intellectual-property ownership. Access depends on the service and compliance with the Terms. The Field offers no cash-out or resale market for credits or items.

Prices and authorization

Review the displayed pack price or item cost before confirming. Free partner jerseys cost 0 FC. Real-money Field Credit purchases are currently offered to US customers in USD through Stripe. Any applicable taxes or charges must be shown before payment. Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Players under 18 need parent or guardian permission and the payment-method owner's authorization before making a purchase.

Delivery and account ownership

Paid credits are added after payment verification. Digital cosmetic claims are linked to the signed-in account. Keep your receipt. If delivery is delayed, check your balance and contact support before paying again. Some local settings and loadout choices are stored in your browser and may reset if browser data is cleared.

Refunds and purchase problems

Contact jbeckhamaz@gmail.com about duplicate or unauthorized charges, missing credits or items, defective content, or other purchase problems. Include your username, purchase date and receipt reference. Never send your password or full card details.

Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed. We review requests based on the facts and applicable law; nothing here removes mandatory refund rights, cardholder rights or other consumer protections. Report unauthorized purchases promptly. We do not penalize a player merely for making a good-faith support request or raising a legitimate payment dispute.

Refund adjustments and enforcement

A refund or reversed payment may remove the associated credits. If those credits have already been spent, the credit balance may become negative; this is not an additional card charge. Current game behavior lets affected players keep their gear, play and claim free items while resolving the balance. Fraud or abuse is handled separately under the Community Rules.

Account bans for rule violations may prevent access to purchased items. Purchases do not make an account exempt from enforcement. Any refund or remedy required by law still applies.
