Community Rules

Play fair. Treat people with respect. These rules apply to guests, registered players and paying accounts.

Zero tolerance for racism and hate speech

Do not use racial slurs, hateful names or symbols, or attack people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity. Altered spelling, coded language or calling it a joke does not make targeted hate acceptable. Racism and hate speech can result in an immediate permanent ban.

No harassment or threats

No targeted bullying, threats of violence, sexual harassment, sexual content involving minors, or encouragement of self-harm. Do not share another person's private information. Repeated unwanted messages and coordinated harassment are prohibited.

Keep names and chat appropriate

No obscene or abusive display names, discriminatory content, spam, scams or impersonation. Keep chat appropriate for players age 13 and older. Do not repeatedly flood chat or use it to disrupt a match.

Fair competition

No cheats, unauthorized automation, exploits that provide an unfair advantage, intentional match disruption or attempts to interfere with servers. Report bugs privately instead of abusing them. Do not evade bans with alternate accounts or help others evade enforcement.

Reports and enforcement

Report incidents with the player's name, server, approximate time and relevant screenshots or video. Avoid reposting harmful content publicly. We may issue warnings, restrict chat, suspend accounts or impose permanent bans depending on severity and history. Severe violations do not require a prior warning. False or malicious reports are prohibited.

Buying credits or cosmetics does not protect an account from a ban. Account restrictions may also restrict access to items; legally required consumer remedies remain available. A policy does not mean every message is automatically filtered or reviewed in real time.
