Information used by the game

• Account information: email address, account ID, username, display name, authentication records and profile choices. Our authentication provider processes your password securely.
• Gameplay and cosmetics: match participation, results, statistics, cosmetic ownership, equips, credit transactions and public profile settings.
• Communications and moderation: chat delivered to participants, reports and supporting evidence, support correspondence, account restrictions and related records.
• Technical information: IP/network information processed by our infrastructure, browser/device information, connection events, diagnostic identifiers and error reports used for security and reliability.
• Purchases: purchase identifiers, amount, currency, delivery, refund and dispute status. Stripe handles payment details; do not send card information to our support email.
• Policy records: accepted policy version, server-recorded time, age band and, for minors, an affirmation of parent/guardian permission. We do not require your full birth date for this flow.

Why we use it

We use information to authenticate accounts, run matches and leaderboards, deliver cosmetics and credits, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce rules, diagnose problems and meet legal obligations. Public names, appearance, online presence and match information may be visible to other players. Profile privacy settings control the features they describe; they do not hide your identity during a match.

Providers and disclosures

We use Supabase for account/database services, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for website delivery, security and diagnostics infrastructure, and OVH for game hosting. These providers process information needed to provide their services and may process it in the United States or other countries. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable law. If you follow a Discord or other external link, that service's privacy practices apply.

Browser storage and diagnostics

The game uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, settings, local loadouts and diagnostic identifiers. Clearing storage or switching devices can reset locally saved choices. Operational error reports help diagnose failures. Hosting providers may also provide traffic and security measurements. Browser privacy tools can affect these features.

Retention, security and your choices

We retain information as needed for account operation, purchase records, moderation, security, disputes and legal requirements. Different records may have different retention periods; closing an account does not necessarily erase transaction or abuse-prevention records immediately. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or ask about other rights available where you live. We may verify account control before acting. Some records may need to be retained where legally permitted or required. Use available account privacy settings to control optional profile visibility.

Children and teens

The Field is for people age 13 and older. Players under 18 need parent or guardian permission. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to use the game or create accounts. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so we can investigate, restrict access and address the information as required by law. Self-reported age and guardian permission are not identity verification.

We will publish policy updates with a version date and provide additional notice where required. Read the policy again when changes are announced.
